WHY US.
Why Choose Stainless Steel Over Concrete or Fiberglass?
Traditional gunite/concrete and fiberglass pools pose structural weight issues, long construction timelines, and high long-term maintenance costs. Tesoro® engineered stainless steel vessels revolutionize luxury water spaces:
Durability & Lifespan
- Tesoro Stainless Steel: Backed by a 25-year structural warranty with a expected lifespan of 50+ years. Will not crack, blister, or delaminate.
- Vs. Concrete / Fiberglass: Concrete requires replastering every 10–15 years; fiberglass requires costly gel-coat resurfacing every 15–20 years.
Speed of Installation
- Tesoro Stainless Steel: Prefabricated in a controlled factory environment and installed on-site in days to weeks.
- Vs. Concrete / Fiberglass: Concrete takes 3 to 6 months of continuous on-site construction disruption.
Weight & Structural Flexibility
- Tesoro Stainless Steel: Ultra-lightweight shell designed specifically for high-rises, rooftops, and steep slopes without heavy structural over-engineering.
- Vs. Concrete / Fiberglass: Concrete requires heavy concrete footings and structural reinforcement; fiberglass offers limited structural adaptability.
Maintenance & Hygiene
- Tesoro Stainless Steel: Non-porous surface resists algae growth, reducing chemical needs by up to 50%.
- Vs. Concrete / Fiberglass: Concrete’s porous texture traps algae and requires high chemical loads.
OUR TECH.
Stainless Steel Pools | Technical Specifications & Engineering Excellence
Our stainless steel pools are precision-welded using premium materials to ensure zero corrosion and total structural integrity.
Marine-Grade Stainless Steel

QUESTIONS.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Stainless Steel Pools
Can't find your answer? Feel free to reach out and we will help you out!
Can stainless steel pools be installed in freezing climates?
Yes. Stainless steel’s natural ductility allows it to expand and contract with temperature fluctuations without cracking, making it far superior to concrete in freeze-thaw climates.
Are stainless steel pools compatible with salt water systems?
We utilize high-grade 316/316L marine stainless steel and recommend advanced treatment systems like our Hydroxyl technology, which delivers pristine water without high salt concentrations that could affect metal finishes over decades.
What kind of structural preparation is needed for a rooftop installation?
Because a stainless steel vessel weighs significantly less than a concrete pool shell, structural engineering demands on the building are minimized. Our engineering team provides exact load specs for your structural engineer.
What does the 25-year warranty cover?
Our 25-year structural warranty covers the integrity of the stainless steel shell and factory welds against leaks and structural failure.
